Privacy policy

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Ksenia Yasnitskaya, a sole trader operating as zero2one Ksenia Yasnitskaya — the operator of zero2one.pl. For anything concerning personal data, write to 01@zero2one.pl.

The business is being registered in the Polish CEIDG register and is due to start on 1 September 2026. Full registration details (address, VAT and statistical numbers) will be published here as soon as the entry is complete.

2. What we collect

Only what you give us yourself, plus a technical minimum:

• Contact form — your name, an email address and/or phone number (either one is enough), and your message.
• IP address — kept for 24 hours for one purpose only: limiting how many messages can be sent from one address, to stop spam.
• WhatsApp — if you message us there, we see your number and your message. The conversation itself happens inside the app and is governed by Meta's privacy policy.

We run no analytics, no advertising and no profiling, and we make no automated decisions about you.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

Form data is used solely to answer your message and to carry on the business conversation — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract). The IP address is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: protecting the form from abuse).

4. How long we keep it

• Form messages — 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• IP address used for the rate limit — 24 hours.
• Email and WhatsApp correspondence — until the matter is closed, then for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Who else sees it

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. These services are involved by the nature of how the site runs:

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — the server the site runs on.
• Google Ireland Ltd — company email (Google Workspace), where your message ends up.
• Telegram Messenger — a notification about a new message, including the form contents, arrives in our company chat.
• Meta Platforms — only if you choose to write via WhatsApp.

6. Cookies

This site uses strictly necessary cookies only — no analytics, no pixels, no advertising — so we do not ask for consent:

• lang — remembers the language you picked. Written only when you click the PL/EN switch, valid for a year.
• A session cookie — used in the admin panel only, never set for ordinary visitors.

You can delete these at any time in your browser settings; the site will keep working normally.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy. Write to 01@zero2one.pl — we answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number we have no way to reply.
